Ariel Cao

I have been competing in Canadian, American, and Chinese pageants since I was 16 years old, and have graced the national and international stage at over 13 in-person and virtual pageants.

The Story

The journey
‍started in 2014

I am grateful for the opportunity to have helped 30+ girls in their pageant journeys & their college prep, and I have been so inspired when I see my students grow to become confident and eloquent young ladies.

A pageant coach is a life coach; some of the skills I have gained as a competitor have continued to help me today, academically as a MPhil in Education graduate from the University of Cambridge, and career-wise as a CEO & Founder of a nonprofit in the education sector.

As a coach, I will help you find your core identity in our values-based training, so you will not only win in pageants, but also win in life.

As an educator who has worked for Ivy League institutions such as Harvard & Yale, I take what I learn from my work and apply these methods in my training programs. I most recently graduated from Harvard Graduate School of Education in May 2024 with an EdM in Education Leadership.
